How do you price projects?
Most projects are quoted as a fixed fee after a discovery call. This protects you from runaway costs and keeps us aligned on scope. For ongoing work, we offer monthly retainers.
How long does a typical project take?
A marketing site takes 3-6 weeks. A full-stack application is typically 8-16 weeks depending on complexity. We give you a detailed timeline during the proposal phase — no vague estimates.
Do you work with clients outside your local area?
All the time. Most of our client communication happens async via Slack and Loom. We do video calls for discovery and key milestones. Geography has never been a constraint.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes. We start with a code audit to understand what we are working with, then propose a plan. Sometimes it is a targeted improvement. Sometimes it is a full rebuild. We tell you the honest truth either way.
What if I do not have a full spec yet?
That is fine — most clients do not. The discovery call is specifically for situations like this. We will help you articulate the problem and figure out what to actually build.
